this year in Miss USA 2013 pageant is Miss Alaska. Melissa McKinney is 26 year
old beauty queen and title holder from Anchorage, Alaska who wished to bring
the first ever crown of her state in Miss USA Pageant. Standing 5 feet and 11
inches, Melissa could easily win the attention of the judges. This coming June
16th, Melissa will be joining the other 50 candidates from the 50
other states of America to compete for the only title and coveted crown- Miss

Even before she decided to enter
her pageant career, Melissa is already an advocate of health and education
around the world. Her tremendous work had been into the 5 continents serving
those less fortunate; Over 15 countries including South Sudan where she started
a Children’s Home and Elementary School. Indeed, Miss Alaska 2013 is a beauty
Queen not only outside but also inside.

best performed are: Marketing Coordinator, Model, Fashion Host, and
entertainment. She is planning to be in school again for her International Law
and Foreign Policy. These are all in line with her dream of being a U.S.
