a Latin descent. Fruit of Latin and white American blood is the 22 year old Libell Duran from New Jersey. Libell was crowned Miss New Jersey USA 2013 which gave
her the right to represent her country this June 16 in Planet Hollywood Resort
and Casino for the 62nd edition of Miss USA pageant. Libell became
one of the most speculated faces in this years’ Miss USA because of her strong
and fierce looks. Having the blood of Latina in her, Duran can easily stand out

Libell Duran was born and raised
from Keasbey, New Jersey and currently enrolled at William Paterson University
