winner of Miss Ohio USA is the 21 year old Kristin Smith- she was born and
raised in the Dayton, Ohio where she learned to love and give importance to
life. She stands 5 feet and 8 inches. During the local pageant, Kristin won the
attention of the judges through her personality and bearing on stage. She
